William has been a
senior analyst and Vice President at Deutsche Bank covering Asian
Telecom Equipment and Technology companies since 2002. Prior to this,
he covered Telecom Equipment companies with Bank of America Securities
in San Francisco, and was an associate analyst with the Institutional
Investor-ranked team covering PCs, Enterprise Hardware, Storage and
Semiconductors at Bear Stearns in New York. William is often quoted
in the media and industry journals including The Wall Street Journal,
Bloomberg, CNET and the MIT Technology Review and is the author of
"Digital Home - Intelligence at the Edge" and co-author
of "iAppliances-Information Velocity Drives iAppliances."

Greg Jones is the General
Manager of Texas Instruments’ Service Provider Strategic Marketing
organization within the DSP Systems organization. He is responsible
for establishing key relationships with providers worldwide in order
to define the roadmap for exciting new convergence products.
Prior to this position, Mr. Jones was the General Manager of TI’s
Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Business Unit within the company’s
Broadband Communications Group. He is responsible for customer engagement
strategy, product definition, and worldwide marketing of TI products
for DSL modem applications. Through his leadership, the company
achieved tremendous marketshare growth and is currently positioned
as the industry leader in DSL.
Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of proven experience in product
development, operations, sales and marketing of technology products.
Prior to joining TI, he was founder, chairman, president and CEO
of Broadband Gateways, Inc., a company focused on technologies in
the broadband edge device marketplace. Previously, Mr. Jones held
several senior management positions at Uniden including vice president
of the Internet Products Division, director of International Sales,
vice president of Operations and Vice President of the Wireless
Data Division. He has also held several positions at AmeriCom, where
he was a founding engineer for new protocols and switching systems
for the land mobile radio industry.
Mr. Jones received
his bachelor’s of science in information and computer science from
the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981. He currently serves
on the Board of Directors of the Telecom Industry Association (TIA)
as the Chairman of the International Committee.

J. Ju received an EE bachelor and master degree in National Cheng-Kung
University, Tainan, Taiwan respectively in 1984 and 1986 and an EE
Ph.D in Communication Sciences Institute, University of Southern California,
1996.
He now is the assistant VP of CPE BU, ZyXEL Communications Corporation,
Hsin-Chu, Taiwan. since 2002. Prior to it, he acted as an Senior
Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager and Advanced Engineer in different
department of R&D Division, CPE BU, ZyXEL Communications Corporation.
He has plenty of design and management experiences in xDSL, ATM,
and other kinds of broadband communication technologies.
He has published 4 papers in related technological journals and
gave many technical speeches in many communication symposiums in
the industry.
He is the member of IEEE Communications Society from 1992 until
now.

(ADSL/2/2+, VDSL2, VOIP,
IAD, 11 a/b/g Wireless AP, Gateway, Client Cards, IP Set-top box,
Media Adapter and Audio Receiver)。 从1992年起， Mike已在智邦科技集团工作13
年， 他曾任包括产品行销经理， 亚太的资深销售协理及副总，澳洲分公司总经理，智灏科技总经理(智灏科技是一个智邦的子公司提供和制造网络产品)，美国SMC的总经理(SMC是智邦的子公司,

Lu has spent over 25 years in the computer and networking industry
as a senior professional manager. Now he is Executive Vice President
of Arcadyan Technology Corporation which is founded in 2003 July,
a digital home networking product provider (ADSL/2/2+, VDSL2, VOIP,
IAD, 11 a/b/g Wireless AP, Gateway, Client cards, IP Set-top box,
Media Adapter and Audio Receiver) and is invested by Accton and
Philips. Since 1992, Mike is working for Accton Technology group
till now, during 13 years in Accton group, he held several roles
including product marketing manager, senior sales director of Asia
Pacific, VP of sales & marketing, general manager of Accton
Australia, president of Mototech, a subsidiary of Accton to develop
and manufacture local networking products, president of SMC Networks
Inc. (USA), a subsidiary to sell and distribute SMC brand networking
products in Americas, president of Accton China. Before joining
Accton, he was working for Wang Laboratories Taiwan (Wang Computer)
for 9 years as a system engineer, Asian technical support manager
and product marketing manager. Mike received a B.S. in Computer
Science and an M.S. in computer engineering from the national Cho-Tung
University Taiwan. |
