 Dennis
Rauschmayer 博士现任德州仪器小区网关兼嵌入式系统产品部的市场营销总监，负责设计面向 DSL 与 WLAN
市场的硅芯片、软件以及网关解决方案。此前，Rauschmayer 博士还曾担任 TI 线缆调制解调器产品部的营销总监。在加盟 TI
之前，他曾在Pulsecom 公司任职。当时作为设计工程师的 Rauschmayer 博士负责开发自动增益控制与自适应混合平衡算法
(adaptive hybrid balance algorithm)，以优化 PSTN 中语音频带调制解调器的性能。之后，Rauschmayer
博士成为 Pulsecom 公司宽带铜接入产品部的首席科学家，负责开发了 ADSL 芯片组并潜心致力于高速铜接入技术的研发工作。此外，他还编著了《ADSL/VDSL
原理》一书，该书于 1999 年由麦克米兰出版社出版。
Rauschmayer 博士于 1992 年在威尔克斯大学 (Wilkes University) 获电子工程理学士学位；1994
年在乔治.华盛顿大学 (The George Washington University) 获电子工程硕士学位；并于 1997
年在坦普尔大学 (Temple University) 获电子工程博士学位。
Dr. Dennis Rauschmayer
is the Director of Marketing of the Residential Gateway and Embedded
Systems Group at Texas Instruments, designing silicon, software
and gateway solutions for the DSL and WLAN markets. Previously Dr.
Rauschmayer served as the Director of Marketing of the Cable Modem
Products Group at TI. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Rauschmayer
held various positions with Pulsecom. As a design engineer he developed
automatic gain control and adaptive hybrid balance algorithms to
optimize the performance of voice band modems in the PSTN. Later,
as Principal Scientist of Pulsecom's Broadband Copper Access Group,
he developed an ADSL chipset and did research and development on
high speed copper access technologies. He is the author of ADSL/VDSL
Principles published by Macmillan in 1999.
Dr. Rauschmayer received
a B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1992 from Wilkes University,
an M.S.E.E. degree from The George Washington University in 1994
and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Temple University in
1997.
