Mr. Wu was educated at South China Engineering University　and 　did his graduate work at Edinburgh University in Scotland, from 1980 to 1982.

Before joining eccn, 　Mr. Wu 　was a Senior Project Leader for the Semiconductor Institute at China Telecommunications Academy. He was the key architect responsible for the development of  SLIC   module extensively used in China's switching equipment. He also served as project leader for a series of major telecommunications products developed  by China 　Telecommunications 　Academy.  He is a highly　respected development engineer in China's telecommunications field.
