Philip Siu, Co-Chairman in Charge of US Operation
Mr. Philip Siu - Founder, Co-Chairman and a member of the Board of
Directors. Mr. Siu has over 30 years of engineering and corporate
management experience in the semiconductor and systems business. He
was instrumental in the successful launch of IPO's of several Silicon
Valley IPO's, including VLSI Technology, ESS Technology and Paradigm.
Mr. Siu graduated from the University of Manitoba, Canada, with a
BSEE degree in 1968, and later with a MSEE degree from San Jose State
University, California, USA in 1970. Mr. Siu holds several patents
and is well respected in the semiconductor industry.
