Jose received his Bachelor Degree from Nanjing Institute of Technology
(NIT, renamed as the South East University), majored in radio-technology
engineering. After graduation, he had worked as President of Microelectronics
R&D Center for National Trade No.798 Factory BeijingŁ©. Then he
became a Deputy Director General in Ministry of Electronics Industry
(The Ministry of Information Industry). Before joining in eccn,
he had also taken the following positions:
Production Manager, Audio Equipment Dept, Panda Electronics
Director, R&D Center, Panda Electronics
Technical Director & Marketing Manager, China National Engineering
